License types

The software is distributed as shareware under a perpetual licensing model. A Trial License is available at no cost, allowing you to evaluate the product with certain functional limitations. All other licenses require a one-time payment of the applicable license fee.

1. Trial License

А Trial License is supplied together with the program when you download it. No expiration period applies to this license. Under this license, you are allowed to install and use the software with the aim of evaluation and for non-commercial purposes. The trial version has functional limitations described in the program specifications. By using the trial software version, you agree to these limitations.

2. Corporate License

In order to get a Corporate License, you need to purchase it and obtain a software registration code. The Corporate License is activated in the Trial version of the program by entering this registration code. No expiration period applies to this license. The license also includes free software updates for 360 days, starting from the date of purchase. The software versions released after this period are not covered. After the expiry of the updates period, you can choose to renew the license or remain with the last downloaded version.

Under this license, you are allowed to install and employ the software on up to 10 workstations. The corporate license is intended for internal usage within a company.

Installation of the software on client computers, providing services to third parties and any other commercial use is prohibited and will result in license termination according to section 10 of the End-User License Agreement (EULA).

The right to use the software is non-transferable. You may not transfer or gift the Software License to any third party.

Software transfer or gifting is considered a violation of the license terms and applicable copyright laws.

3. Personal License

In order to get a Personal License, you need to purchase it and obtain a software registration code. The Personal License is activated in the Trial version of the program by entering this registration code. No expiration period applies to this license. The license also includes free software updates for 360 days, starting from the date of purchase. The software versions released after this period are not covered. After the expiry of the updates period, you can choose to renew the license or remain with the last downloaded version.

Under this license, you are allowed to install and use the software on any compatible device you personally own, strictly for personal non-commercial or educational purposes.

Use of the software for commercial purposes is prohibited and will result in license termination according to section 10 of the End-User License Agreement (EULA).

The right to use the software is non-transferable. You may not transfer or gift the Software License to any third party.

Software transfer or gifting is considered a violation of the license terms and applicable copyright laws.

4. Commercial License

In order to get a Commercial License, you need to purchase it and obtain a software registration code. The Commercial License is activated in the Trial version of the program by entering this registration code. No expiration period applies to this license. The license also includes free software updates for 360 days, starting from the date of purchase. The software versions released after this period are not covered. After the expiry of the updates period, you can choose to renew the license or remain with the last downloaded version.

Under this license, you are allowed to install and use the software on 1 computer. In small entities (with up to 5 employees), the software may also be installed on employees’ home devices.

The right to use the software is non-transferable. You may not transfer or gift the Software License to any third party.

Software transfer or gifting is considered a violation of the license terms and applicable copyright laws.
